The day I set foot in our University

 I first went to the University of the Visual and Performing Arts with my brother. That was around 2014. It was an accident. My brother is an alumnus of our university. (99/00)  One day my brother went with me to a government institution near our university in colombo for my brother's work. When I went to that government institution I was very hungry. I told my brother " I'm very hungry". He then told me to go to the canteen on the cumpus where he studied. I was very happy to go to the cumpus where my brother studied. And because my hunger was high, we left early.

                       


       I went to the cumpus and showed my brother's cumpus ID card and entered. I felt strange. Like coming to a world full of art. Drumming on one side. Dancing on the other side. Singing on the other side. Acting, Playing Musical Instruments. A very strange place. Earlier my elder brother also went to the canteen and ate. We ate not the canteen we have today, but the canteen we had in the early days. After that my brother took me to show me where I could walk on cumpus. My brother gave me great hope.           " You went to come here like me".

From the step I took out of cumpus that day, I thought  I was coming here to study somehow. Also, today I my dream, my brother's dream, my family's dream, my teacher's dream came true and today. I came to study at the University of Visual and performing  Arts. As a student.               

            I feel very proud.......☺️😃🙂💪🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I Went To The Head Prefect Of The School.....🎖️️🎖️️🎖️️

 I went to school in the arms of a Hakmana Methodist mother and I was politely committed to the school. I also led various school associations and served as class leader and student leader. I did well in the O/L and did the A/L in our school .😊😊😊😊😊   During my A/L studies, I applied to the prefect board and was selected from the A/L classes. Also, another group of talented students in our classes were selected with me on the prefect board. Now the day has come to select the Head Prefect .🎖️️ Teachers and Teacher Fathers discussed and selected the Head Prefect from our A/L class and summoned all the members of our prefectural council. At the moment, my name was mentioned as the Head Prefect of the school.  I was surprised.
